This week I dug deep into the archives to revive this image from 20012. Taken during a Civil War Re-inactment at the Venice of Ireland Festival in my hometown of Monasterevin. The entire performance was staged by our very own, Lord Edward’s Own. The original shots can be seen by clicking HERE. i dig this one Ed.. I have a photo, I snagged off the internet years, actually decades ago off Smithsonian archives(thief that I am). It just had a comic edge to it in my mind(because i’m twisted that way). But i’ve always loved it. This photo instantly reminds me of it, and is going to become a favourite as well. Cheers to you!
