Picnic in the Park @ Venice of Ireland Festival 2013

Moving on from the boat race on the canal the annual picnic in the park was in full swing. With fantastic weather there was a good crowd in attendance. The face painting tent was over run by kids, their was a DJ and kids entertainer to keep things going. Then there were a number of competition games. Again we had McConvilles Super Valu the main sponsor of the event providing a selection of refreshments, in the main tent. We even had a visit from Mickey & Minnie Mouse whom kept the kids dancing when the DJ kicked off. What a great day, cant wait for next years event.
